Surface thoughts and useless stuff only. The rest of his brain will be in inaccessible. I think this one will have to be like this because of Plot Reasons. Nobody is sure yet what's up with his backstory (but it's there) and Hisoka (the resident empath in his canon) hasn't yet experienced ~feeling~ him. So! I conclude that he's a tough cookie to crack...
